qualified Sales Manager to join our team. The successful candidate in
this role will be involved in planning, implementing, and overall
performance evaluation of company sales initiatives. Responsibilities:
Direct sales experience with Food Class Trade supply chain required.
(Wholesale and Retailers) Sales and Marketing (broker) and / or Category
Management background required. Experience with point of purchase data
platforms such as Nielsen and / or Circana required. Make sales
data-informed decisions to drive performance and resource allocation.
Define and execute territory business plans. Oversee and direct
performance of the broker team. Monitor the industry, business
environment, competitors and customers to build sales, distribution and
brand franchise. Travel to key markets to develop business plans with
brokers and conduct retail store audits. Interdepartmental collaboration
with customer service, and technical services to address customer needs.
