Associate Dentist- Private practice with ownership potential

Location: Tri-Cities, Washington (Kennewick, WA)
Status: Full-Time | 3–4 Days/Week
Compensation & Benefits: $200K–$300K+

What You’ll Do

Deliver high-quality general dentistry: fillings, crowns, bridges, extractions, and more.
Diagnose ethically and present treatment clearly and confidently.
Work with top-tier technology, including CEREC, CBCT, and intraoral cameras.
Manage your patient base with autonomy, efficiency, and care, often operating as the sole doctor within the practice.
Help maintain the positive and efficient culture that the team has cultivated over the decades.

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation: 32-34% of adjusted production (above market compensation)
Daily Guarantee: $850/day
Relocation Bonus
CE Allowance
Health Insurance Stipend
401K with a 3% Safe Harbor Match
Mentorship: Available
Ownership Track: Buy-in options after 2–5 years if desired (flexible structure)
