JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Performs transactions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) including but not limited to, inventory transfers, inventory adjustments, receiving, picking, and shipping of products

Performs book-to-book reconciliations, working with external manufacturing reps, planners, warehousing/contract manufacturing site personnel, to ensure inventory accuracy between the site and D365

Supporting customer service and the overall goal for achieving On-Time-In-Full (OTIF) KPI

Escalate issues to team and submit/follow-up on IT tickets

Maintains inventory accuracy and a high level of customer service

*???Acts as a subject matter expert by providing guidance, training, and problem-solving

services in the area of inventory control, D365, and warehouse operations

*???Ensures public warehouses follow product quality best practices of First Expired

*???First Out (FEFO), separation of damaged /compromised products from good stocks, and

report all such damages immediately.

*? Responsible to maintain compliance with policies and procedures within the scope of this

function and monitor the performance of public warehouses using department established key performance indicators (KPIs).?

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Associate or Bachelors degree (preferred)

Inventory experience

Microsoft Excel experience (pivot tables / VLOOKUP"s)

Strong problem solving skills

Minimum of 5 years experience in logistics, supply chain management, or related field.

Knowledge inventory control and reconciliation processes

Intermediate/Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience in warehousing and

transportation

Ability to prioritize, adjust to a frequently changing environment and works well under tight

timelines

Has an investigative mindset, high level of integrity, and a flexible team-player

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (preferred)
