Job Description

MyCar Corporation, a leading player in the automobile industry, is excited to announce an opening for a Sales Representative position. This role is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking to steer their careers towards success within a well-established and dynamic company. As a Sales Representative at MyCar Corporation, you will be at the forefront of our sales operations, contributing directly to the success and growth of our business.

This full-time position is based at our vibrant headquarters. It is important to note that this is not a remote job, and the ideal candidate will be expected to work onsite to interact directly with our diverse clientele. If you are motivated by challenges and thrive in environments that require you to leverage your sales and customer service skills, we would like to meet you.

Duties and Responsibilities

Sell yourself and make a great impression of your workplace and process.
Determine each customer's vehicle needs by asking questions and listening.
Demonstrate in-depth knowledge and enthusiasm for the vehicles, and accessories.
Lead customers through proven selling steps that close deals.
Deliver vehicles to customers, ensuring the customer understands the product features, warranty, and paperwork to lay the foundation for customer loyalty.
Maintain customer information and contacts in CRM.
Follow-up with existing customers to build relationships that encourage repeat and referral business.
Develop new business through focused personal marketing efforts through direct mail, networking affiliations, and telemarketing.
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of pricing and specifications of competitive vehicles to provide clients with informative comparisons.

Requirements

Individuals with experience in food/beverage, hospitality, retail sales, insurance, and real estate, or who are just out of college or the military, are highly encouraged to apply.
Sales experience in ANY industry is welcome - excellent training is provided!
An energetic and outgoing 'people person' that's motivated to succeed.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
A positive attitude, good work ethic, and professional appearance.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Must be authorized to work in the USA.
Able to pass pre-employment background checks, MVR, and drug screens.
Must have a valid driver's license.

MyCar is offering a $3,000 sign-on bonus for new Sales Consultants. Bonus will be paid in full after your first 3 months of employment, provided you achieve a minimum of 30 vehicle sales during that period.
