Exceptional Benefit Offerings:

Signing Bonus: $5000 paid out after 30 days
Quarterly Bonus Incentives: Earn up to $2,000 per year.
Continued Education Stipend: $1,500/year with potential for additional funding.

Role Description

Job Responsibilities:

Evaluate and assess patients' physical therapy needs, creating specific treatment plans and goals.
Implement various therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, exercise programs, and modalities to promote healing and recovery.
Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
Supervise and mentor Physical Therapy Assistants, Students, and volunteers as needed.
Engage in patient education to ensure a comprehensive understanding of treatment plans.
Support the clinic’s performance goals, including maintaining productivity and meeting key performance indicators (KPIs).
Collaborate with front office staff to schedule and follow up with patients.
Participate in community engagement events and support special projects to further The Impact Difference.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized clinic environment.

Basic Qualifications:

Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
Valid license to practice physical therapy in Arizona (in good standing).
Experience in outpatient settings with knowledge of various therapeutic modalities (Dry Needling and Cupping experience is a plus!).
1+ year of full-time clinical experience preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
CPR Certification.

Work Location: In-person at our Peoria clinic.
