Reports To: Warehouse Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dependable and organized Warehouse Clerk to support warehouse and logistics operations within our manufacturing facility. This role involves handling raw materials, components, and finished goods to ensure a smooth production workflow. The Warehouse Clerk plays a critical role in maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting production schedules, and ensuring timely shipment of products.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive and inspect incoming raw materials, parts, and supplies for accuracy and quality

Accurately log and store materials in designated warehouse or production areas

Deliver materials to appropriate departments to support daily production schedules

Prepare and stage finished goods for shipping, ensuring proper packaging and documentation

Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and reconciliations

Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or other material handling equipment safely (if certified)

Ensure the warehouse and material storage areas are clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards

Collaborate with production and quality control teams to ensure material readiness and traceability

Utilize ERP or inventory management systems to track materials and shipments

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent

1+ year of experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred

Familiarity with manufacturing materials and processes a plus

Ability to read and understand work orders, packing lists, and bills of materials

Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

Basic computer skills; experience with ERP or inventory systems is an asset (SAP Preferred)

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM is standard, but flexible. Some weekends or overtime may be required based on production needs

Salary:

Starting salary $20/hr.

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
