Sales Service Administrator

Nucor Buildings Group is hiring a full-time Sales Service Administrator to support our CBC and ABC brands. In this role, you will provide essential administrative, clerical, and customer service support to the Sales Service Department. This position may be a good fit for someone who enjoys ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced office setting, and takes pride in delivering outstanding support to both internal teams and external customers.

Basic Job Functions:

Order Management: Manage all orders and change orders within BomsNet, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.

Documentation & Distribution: Prepare and distribute copies of orders, change orders, and related documents to appropriate departments.

System Development Support: Serve as the point person in Sales Service for the continued development of BomsNet & Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), including attending user group meetings to communicate department needs.

Reporting: Assist in creating, maintaining, and distributing monthly reports.

Process Documentation: Maintain and update the Sales Service Administrator task manual to reflect current responsibilities and procedures.

Event Support: Assist in planning and implementing customer meetings, training seminars, and other department events.

Departmental Support: Provide administrative coverage and back-up support for other Sales Service team members and administrative functions across the division.

Customer Service: Respond to customer and internal inquiries with professionalism, accuracy, and efficiency.

Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED.

Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel

Prior experience in an administrative, clerical, or customer service role.

Must reside within a reasonable commuting distance to the office or be willing to relocate at personal expense (relocation assistance is not available for this position).

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now and in the future.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365)
