About The Role:
As a CBRE Client Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for the administrative support for a group of sales/client-facing professionals. You'll develop marketing materials such as debt packages, social media, and communication materials.
What You'll Do:
Produce marketing materials and maintain websites for sales professionals listings. Examples include property brochures, postcards, maps, Offering Memorandums, and more.
Coordinate with client and team members to obtain approvals for all marketing materials; ensure materials and approvals are maintained with the listing.
Create standard listing and commission agreements; coordinate non-standard listing creation, facilitate requests and approvals with collaborators and legal department; in coordination with other department team(s), maintain listing(s) and commission agreement(s). Ensure client receives completed copy.
Maintain internal and external databases such as Opportunities, LoopNet, Costar, The Well, Salesforce, etc.
Facilitate the listing process to include: creating marketing budget, monitor expiration dates, add/remove signs, maintain Confidentiality Agreements, and provide client status reports.
See transactions through to completion by handling the full closing process for all lender profiles, acting as a liaison with clients, lenders, and government agencies as needed.
Compile, analyze, interpret, and summarize market and property research to include: tax reports, aerials/maps, demographics, traffic counts, etc.
Coordinate the creation of news releases, events, and social media feeds and obtain approvals when needed.
May participate and obtain required certifications to include: national Marketing/web calls, web certification, local specialty meetings, and line of business calls.
Miscellaneous duties may include: prepare vouchers when listings are complete, expense reports, and submittals. Track and complete broker pipeline report to assist in managed brokerage.

High School Diploma or GED with 2-3 years of job-related experience.
An established understanding of work routines and standards and applying skills and knowledge in a range of processes, procedures, and systems are required.
Requires intermediate problem-solving skills with the capacity to review and select solutions from available options without supervisory approval.
Ability to explain detailed information within the team in a clear and concise manner.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Ability to manipulate basic templates in PowerPoint and/or InDesign required.
Strong organizational skills with a robust inquisitive approach.
General math skills. Ability to calculate advanced figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Client Services Coordinator position is $65,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Client Services Coordinator position is $70,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
