Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join an insurance agency in Sevierville, Tennessee. This position offers an excellent opportunity to support daily office operations while engaging directly with customers and internal teams. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist customers with professionalism and a customer-first attitude.

Perform general office duties, including filing, scheduling, and managing correspondence.

Handle inbound calls and direct them to the appropriate team members.

Maintain accurate records and perform data entry tasks with precision.

Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel, to complete various administrative projects.

Provide reception support by managing front-desk operations and greeting visitors.

Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication.

Prepare documents and reports as required by management.

Support the insurance agency's operations by addressing client inquiries promptly.

Requirements

Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative role or related field.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel.

Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Familiarity with receptionist duties, including answering inbound calls.

Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
