Temp to Hire

The Human Resources Administrative Assistant provides essential support to the HR department by managing administrative tasks, maintaining employee records, and assisting with recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Support : Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including maintaining personnel files, drafting correspondence, and managing HR databases.

Recruitment Assistance : Assist in the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates about their application status.

Employee Onboarding : Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires by preparing orientation materials and conducting orientation sessions.

Record Maintenance : Ensure accurate and up-to-date employee records by inputting employment and status-change data while maintaining confidentiality.

Policy Implementation : Help implement HR policies and procedures, and respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits, payroll, and other HR-related questions.

Event Coordination : Organize HR-related events, such as training sessions and employee engagement activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Education : A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

Experience : Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within HR, is advantageous.

Organizational Skills : Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with employees and management professionally.

Confidentiality : Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.

Must be willing to complete shipments and inventories, stocking and other tasks as deemed necessary by managment.

Schedule:

Monday through Friday

7:30 AM to 430 PM, 1 hour lunch
