Job Title: Construction Inventory Coordinator
Job Description
We are seeking a Construction Inventory Coordinator to support a large-scale foundry build in Wabash, IN. This role is responsible for managing and tracking construction materials and equipment to ensure timely availability and minimize project delays. The coordinator will work closely with the project manager, suppliers, and subcontractors to maintain accurate inventory records and streamline material flow. This is a 12-18 month contract position with potential for permanent hire upon project completion.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with the project manager to align inventory needs with construction timelines.
Develop and maintain inventory tracking systems for materials and equipment.
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely deliveries.
Conduct regular inventory audits and resolve discrepancies.
Maintain organized storage areas and apply best practices in inventory management.
Generate inventory reports for stakeholders.
Support procurement by sourcing materials and obtaining quotes.
Assist subcontractors and construction teams with inventory-related requests.
Follow safety protocols during handling and storage of materials.
Essential Skills
Experience in inventory management.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $25.00/hr.
