Job Description

As an Associate Affluent Banking Market Leader you will partner closely with our current Affluent Banking Market Leader to support and expand our presence in the market. You'll lead sales efforts, oversee compliance and administrative functions, and ensure the delivery of high-quality banking services. Regional travel will be required for this role to engage with teams and other partners.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage sales initiatives within the assigned market, driving performance and client engagement

Oversee compliance and administrative operations to ensure alignment with regulatory standards and internal policies

Set and manage revenue and expense budgets ensuring financial targets are met

Review credit structures with diligence, maintaining high standards of credit quality and risk management

Influence strategic direction by contributing to the development of key policies, procedures, and programs

Collaborate with internal business partners to support the relationship management model and enhance client service delivery

Develop and lead initiatives that build referral networks and integrated partnerships, generating new client opportunities and strengthening existing relationships

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience

Typically five or more years of investment experience

Active FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 licenses

Preferred Skills/Experience

Considerable knowledge of sales and sales strategies, including business development and networking

Ability to travel across our Eastern Region

Proven leadership abilities and personnel management skills

Well-developed analytical, decision making and problem solving skills

Effective verbal and written communication skills

Demonstrated new business development and relationship management skills

Ability to engage in negotiation and conflict resolution by employing tact and diplomacy

This position requires National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the terms of the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z. The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $111,605.00 - $131,300.00
