Medical Receptionist

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Medical Receptionist to join our healthcare team and help us provide exceptional patient care. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and efficient front desk experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet patients and visitors with warmth and professionalism.

Manage patient check-in and check-out processes.

Schedule, confirm, and update patient appointments.

Answer incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries.

Maintain and update patient records accurately.

Assist with insurance verification and documentation.

Coordinate with clinical staff to support smooth patient flow.

Perform general administrative duties including filing, faxing, and scanning.

Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a medical receptionist or front desk role.

Familiarity with EPIC or similar electronic medical record systems preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Job Details:

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 7.5 hour shift within the hours of operation (7:00 AM - 6:00 PM | 37.5 hours/week

Pay Cycle: Weekly | Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance offered

Parking: Employees are responsible for parking; various lot options available at different price points.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $27.00/hr.
