Position Summary
On-Site Role
The Senior Recruiter is responsible for leading full-cycle recruitment efforts across all levels of the institution, from entry-level staff to executive leadership positions. This role requires a strategic, consultative approach to talent acquisition in support of the institution's mission to attract and retain diverse, top-tier talent in academic, clinical, administrative, and research functions. The Senior Recruiter partners with hiring managers to develop and execute recruitment strategies, ensures compliance with hiring policies, and promotes MSM's employer brand.
Minimum Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field from a regionally accredited college or university
· Five (5) or more years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, including demonstrated experience recruiting for a wide range of roles across staff, faculty, and leadership levels.
Preferred Qualifications
· Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field from a regionally accredited college or university.
· Seven (7) or more years of progressive experience in recruitment, with at least two (2) years focused on faculty and/or executive-level search.
· Experience working in higher education, academic medical centers, or similarly complex organizations strongly preferred.
· Experience managing or participating in faculty search committees.
· AIRS or SHRM Talent Acquisition certification.
· Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring practices.
· Experience developing recruitment marketing materials and employer branding initiatives.

Utilize various sourcing methods, such as online job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals, to build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
Evaluate candidates through interviews, assessments, and reference checks to ensure a good fit for the role and the organizational culture.
Build strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and other stakeholders to understand their needs and provide support throughout the recruitment process.
Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and demonstrate the effectiveness of recruitment efforts.
Execute strategies to attract top talent, including identifying and targeting passive candidates.
