We are looking for an experienced CPA Tax Manager to join an expanding organization that offers an amazing career growth tracks! Responsibilities:

Prepare and review complex tax returns for individuals, businesses (1120, 1120S, and 1065), and trusts.

Offer strategic tax planning advice tailored to high-net-worth individuals and diverse businesses.

Analyze and present financial data to clients and stakeholders with accuracy and clarity.

Lead, mentor, and develop team members to foster a collaborative and growth-oriented workplace.

Monitor changes in tax regulations and identify opportunities to enhance compliance and client benefits.

Collaborate with colleagues to design innovative tax solutions that avoid unnecessary bureaucracy.

Ensure effective use of tax software tools, optimizing workflows and data management.

Assist with entity formation tasks and provide support for multi-state tax filings.

Manage complex and consolidated tax returns while maintaining high standards of accuracy.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of tax experience within a public accounting firm, covering corporate, individual, and partnership taxation.

Active California CPA license is required.

Proficiency with tax tools such as, Lacerte UltraTax, Sureprep and or Workpaper CS, and QuickBooks is preferred.

Prior supervisory experience with proven ability to train and develop team members (desired not required).

Strong technical and organizational skills to handle multiple priorities effectively.

Expertise in preparing federal, estate, and multi-state tax returns.

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
