Comprehensive Benefits - Eligible to enroll in medical, dental, vision at affordable rates Supplemental Benefits - Eligible to enroll in life insurance, Short- & Long-Term Disability, Critical Illness Insurance, Accident Insurance, Death and Dismemberment Insurance, and Hospital Indemnity Insurance Retirement Savings - 401(k) with company match Paid Time Off - Holidays, sick time, vacation, and special "Happy Days" for life events available day one Employee Discounts - Save on company products Career Growth - Opportunities for skill development and advancement What You'll Do: Diagnose tire issues and recommend effective solutions Handle incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly Delegate tasks to service employees to maintain workflow and efficiency Support inventory management to ensure proper stock levels Assist in the shop to help maintain production levels Follow up on past-due accounts to ensure timely payments Ensure service employees receive proper training and development Maintain a clean and organized workspace at all times Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager What You Need: High School Diploma or equivalent required Valid Driver's License and ability to pass pre-employment driver's file Preferred: Experience in management and sales Strongly preferred: Previous experience in the tire industry Ability to read and verify work order details accurately Strong ability to maintain confidentiality of personal and business information Familiarity with MaddenCo software system is a plus Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both internal and external customers and co-workers Ability to lift, carry, or move up to 50 pounds regularly; occasionally lift, push, or move 100 pounds Don't let your career stall-put it in drive with Pomp's Tire Service!
