Make a difference as a Regional Sales Manager, Retail Sales
As a Regional Sales Manager, Retail Sales at Tree Top, you will analyze sales data identifying trends and opportunities and evaluate the everyday and promotional landscape. You will conduct virtual and/or in person meetings with your retail partners, building and developing relationships to enhance collaboration and drive sales initiatives. Daily tasks include developing sales strategies and promotional plans tailored to specific customers, as well as collaborating with Cross functional partners including marketing, demand planning, customer service and finance, to ensure alignment with our customer-driven approach. Travel for key customer visits, including new item appointments and monitoring market conditions is required. Effective communication and teamwork with various departments will be key to achieving performance goals while upholding our core values of excellence and community engagement.

As a Regional Sales Manager, Retail Sales at Tree Top, you will need exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with retail partners and build strong relationships. A solid understanding of center store sales, is essential. You should possess strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and identify growth opportunities while developing actionable strategies.
Effective problem-solving abilities will enable you to address challenges and adapt to changing market conditions. A high level of self-motivation and organizational skills is necessary to manage your remote work effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Finally, a customer-focused mindset is crucial, as your role revolves around enhancing customer experiences and driving their satisfaction.

Pay Information
Salary Range: $128,700 to 205,900.00 annually
Target Starting Range: $128,700 to $170,000 annually
This range reflects the full pay scale for all roles within this position's grade. The actual salary offer will consider various factors, such as experience and, if applicable, location. Tree Top provides a bi-weekly payroll. This position is eligible for yearly incentive based on company performance.
