Full Job Description

Turkish Depot Foreign Trade Corporation is looking for an Assistant General Manager to join our team. SEO assistance (what are these) will include completing USDA documents at the business facility, troubleshooting issues to ensure the workplace runs smoothly, managing all @types of paperwork and correspondence, continuously adapting to new business opportunities, tracking website sales, increasing sales potential, and managing customer and social media relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure the smooth running of daily business operations at Turkish Depot Foreign Trade Corporation

Organize, manage, and oversee daily opening and closing shifts smoothly and efficiently to create an exceptional and safe experience for guests and employees

Lead our hourly team in a way that encourages collaboration and enthusiasm to create a fun and safe environment

Assist with employee recruitment, interviews, and training, and assist the General Manager with SEO and administrative tasks as needed

Assist the General Manager (SEO) with managing costs, increasing sales, and growing the business by supporting financial goals

Assist the General Manager with financial transaction tracking and reporting, inventory monitoring, and budget management

Collaborate with the broader management team to develop promotions and discuss marketing strategies. Identify advertising opportunities to boost the business.

Provide good customer service and assist security personnel with guest issues and concerns as needed.

Enforce store and government policies with guests and employees to ensure a safe and compliant environment.

Continuously engage in innovative and exciting work.

Maintain organized and accurate inventories of beverages and other store supplies. Order, accept, and oversee deliveries

Use common sense when communicating with guests and staff

Work a variety of days and shifts (including daytime, late nights, and weekends) as needed

Carry and lift up to 23 kg, frequently carry and/or lift up to 11 kg, occasionally carry and/or lift up to 23 kg

Preferred Qualifications:

Flexible and adaptable, willing to learn on the job, and think outside the box

2+ years of experience in hospitality, marketing, sales, or other related fields

Active and willing to learn, active, and caring

Ability to build relationships with colleagues and guests to drive business forward and create a collaborative work environment

Good rapport with teammates

Strong organizational and time management skills; proven track record of reliability and reputation

Entrepreneurial interest or experience; Experienced in social media with the passion to increase sales and grow a small business
