This role is involved in key parts of the process to ensure a great candidate experience, including interview scheduling, offer creation and onboarding. The TA Coordinator provides support to both candidates and hiring teams by bringing organization to the process and excellent communication. **The right candidate must live near our Downers Grove, IL corporate headquarters.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities**

Partner with leadership to ensure a great candidate experience while

scheduling their interviews

Support candidates through the offer and onboarding process

Partner with outside vendors to assist candidates in the background

check and drug screening process

Assist with posting roles to external sites

Schedule and support hiring events as needed

Assist with talent acquisition reporting

Expense reimbursement processing for candidates

Support initiatives within the talent acquisition team

Other responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications for The Job

One year of work experience, ideally in human resources

Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent work experience

Strong attention to detail

Strong computer skills

Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize critical work

Collaboratively works with teams

Solution focused with the desire to find the best outcome

Demonstrates resiliency

Exhibits passion for creating a high customer satisfaction level

Fluent in Microsoft Suites - Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint

The pay range for this full-time, salaried position is \$45,921 - \$68,881/year. Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. The position is eligible for a discretionary annual incentive based on company and individual performance. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.

This information is provided per the relevant state and local pay transparency laws for the location in which this position will be performed. Base pay information is based on market location.
