Responsibilities

Assists in the configuration, administration, and maintenance of the Supply Chain Sourcing Platform Provides end-to-end support for the order fulfillment process including requisition, purchase order, receipt and invoice processing Coordinates bidding events and procurement of materials and services Maintains electronic product catalog Negotiates basic terms and pricing Validates vendor price and terms Participates in discrepancy reconciliation with vendors Provides help desk services to internal customers to maintain operational performance Provides periodic ERP (CMIC and/or Coupa) systems training to internal customers and suppliers Provides ad-hoc reporting, analysis and complete special projects as assigned

Qualifications

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Economics or related field 0-3 years of Supply Chain related experience Or equivalent combination of education and experience KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel Effective interpersonal, oral and written communication skills Ability to multitask with strong attention to detail Knowledge of eProcurement or P2P solutions preferred This position can be performed remotely or from any U.S. location where Gilbane has an office. Salary to be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience of the applicant, as well as the internal equity and alignment with the team. The pay ranges from $54,500.00-$87,300.00 plus benefits and retirement program. Gilbane offers an excellent total compensation package which includes competitive health and welfare benefits and a generous profit-sharing/401k plan.
