Job Title: HR Generalist

Job Description

This temporary position is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR Generalist to cover a leave of absence. The role requires expertise in payroll management and experience with ADP systems. The HR Generalist will be responsible for auditing time cards, ensuring compliance with meal break regulations, and managing various payroll processes using ADP, alongside other miscellaneous HR duties.

Responsibilities

Audit time cards to ensure accuracy.

Ensure compliance with meal break regulations.

Handle payroll processing using ADP systems.

Perform miscellaneous human resources duties as required.

Essential Skills

Proficiency in payroll management.

Experience with ADP systems.

Strong auditing skills related to time card and payroll processing.

Comprehensive knowledge of human resources practices.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Prior experience in human resources roles.

Familiarity with time card processing systems.

Work Environment

This position is based in an office environment, specifically covering for a leave of absence. The role requires a professional demeanor and the ability to work effectively within a team.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $33.00/hr.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
