Our Benefits and Investments client is searching for a Digital Marketing Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in investment marketing, campaign execution and metrics analysis.

Location: Hybrid; Glenview, IL\ Duration: Direct Hire/FTE\ \ Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand

awareness and drive traffic.

Manage SEO and SEM campaigns to optimize online visibility and lead

generation.

Plan and oversee email marketing campaigns to engage and retain

customers.

Create and manage social media marketing initiatives to enhance

brand presence and customer interaction.

Analyze marketing data and metrics to measure performance and refine

strategies accordingly.

Coordinate content marketing efforts to produce valuable content

that attracts and retains customers.

Utilize HTML for website updates and enhancements as needed.

Conduct A/B testing to optimize campaigns and improve conversion

rates.

Manage brand consistency across all digital platforms and marketing

materials.

Oversee campaign management, ensuring that all projects are

delivered on time and meet objectives.

Implement and manage marketing automation tools to streamline

processes and improve efficiency.

Monitor PPC campaigns and optimize for better ROI using Google

Analytics and other analytical tools.

Focus on conversion rate optimization strategies to enhance user

experience and increase online sales.

Qualifications

Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

5+ years proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar

role.

Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, and PPC best practices.

Experience with email marketing and automation tools.

Proficiency in social media marketing and management.

Familiarity with web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics.

Hands-on experience with A/B testing methodologies and tools.

Understanding of content marketing strategies and execution.

Basic knowledge of HTML and web development principles.

Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.

Excellent communication and project management skills.

In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.

The compensation range for this position is \$100,000 - \$110,000 with a bonus opportunity and customary benefits.
