Job Title: Data Entry/Customer Service Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry/Customer Service Specialist to join our team. The role involves verifying, updating, and maintaining data in our company databases and systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. The position requires collaboration with various departments to support data integrity and generate insightful reports.

Responsibilities

Enter, verify, and update data in company databases and systems.

Review data for errors or inconsistencies and correct any discrepancies.

Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.

Generate reports and assist with data analysis as needed.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure data accuracy and completeness.

Perform regular backups and data integrity checks.

Follow established procedures and guidelines for data entry and management.

Essential Skills

Strong typing speed and accuracy.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

Experience in data management software.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.

Previous experience in data entry or administrative support.

Basic computer skills including typing and customer service.

Reliable and professional phone presence.

Work Environment

The work environment is dynamic and collaborative, requiring interaction with multiple departments to ensure data accuracy. The position involves working with various technologies, including Microsoft Office Suite and data management software. Employees are expected to maintain a professional demeanor and adhere to confidentiality standards.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Richfield, Ohio.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
