As a Senior Sales Solution Area Specialist - Diagnostic Imaging , you will have domain knowledge and technical leadership in software sales, radiology IT workflow and departmental process workflow. In this role, you will understand and utilize the broader radiology industry requirements such as screening requirements (i.e. ACR [American College of Radiology]), MACRA-MIPS (Medicare Access and CHIP Reauthorization Act of 2015 - Merit-based Incentive Payment System) and the business, organizational and financial impacts. Serving the East Region for Diagnostic Solutions and utilizing selling, negotiation, and presentation skills, you will be tasked with driving new business within the hospital market, targeting our full Diagnostics Solution Portfolio including PowerScribe One, mPower Analytics, PowerShare Image Sharing, and the Precision Imaging Network - showcasing understanding of the radiologists' process and IT workflow to relate the value proposition and positive impact to outcomes for our clients.
Job Location: This role offers location flexibility and may be based anywhere within the United States. You will have the option to work up to 100% from home. This position requires travel approximately 25-50% of the time, depending on business needs and client engagements.

Responsibilities
You will serve as a knowledge leader in the role of medical imaging across diverse therapeutic areas within hospital organizations, including radiology, emergency medicine, orthopedics, cardiology, and other specialties.
You will act as a technical resource for SaaS (Software as a Service)-based systems, including PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication System), RIS (Radiology Information System), and EMR (Electronic Medical Record) platforms, supporting both internal teams and external stakeholders.
You will demonstrate presentation skills across various formats such as in-person meetings, virtual sessions, conference calls, and industry events, tailoring each presentation to meet the needs of the audience.
You will apply strategic thinking and creativity to navigate ambiguity and agile environments, working both independently and collaboratively to deliver meaningful value in every prospect and client interaction.
You will conduct software demonstrations aligned with customer workflow requirements, clearly illustrating how the solution addresses their specific needs and enhances operational efficiency.

Qualifications
Required/minimum qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Information Security, Technical or Life Science Discipline or related field AND 6+ years of enterprise level hospital solutions sales experience
OR equivalent experience.
3+ years of experience selling healthcare technology solutions, including Picture Archiving and Communication Systems (PACS), Electronic Medical Records (EMR), or other radiology and enterprise-level hospital platforms.
3+ years of experience selling healthcare solutions into clinical specialties such as radiology, orthopedics, cardiology, and emergency medicine, or related.
3+ years of experience delivering strategic presentations and communicating effectively across all levels of a healthcare organization including stakeholders such as Chief Medical Information Officers (CMIO), Chief Information Officers (CIO), Vice Presidents of Radiology Informatics, and departmental directors involved in medical imaging for patient care, and related stakeholders.
Additional or preferred qualifications
Master's Degree in Business Administration (i.e., MBA), Information Technology, Information Security, or related field AND 8+ years of enterprise level hospital solutions sales experience
OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Information Security, or related field AND 12+ years experience in of enterprise level hospital solutions sales experience
OR equivalent experience.
6+ years solution or services sales experience.
Experience with SalesForce lead and opportunity tracking.
Solution Area Specialists IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $133,000 - $222,700 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $170,300 - $239,800 per year.
