Description

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative for our client in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. This is a long-term contract position, offering an excellent opportunity to provide outstanding support to our clients while collaborating with a dynamic team. The role involves a combination of customer interaction, administrative tasks, and technology-based responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to inbound calls, addressing client inquiries and resolving concerns effectively.

Manage outbound calls as needed to follow up with customers and ensure satisfaction.

Utilize SAP software to update and retrieve customer data accurately.

Perform data entry tasks to maintain organized and up-to-date records.

Collaborate with team members to streamline customer service processes.

Leverage Microsoft 365 tools to generate reports and manage communications.

Shadow existing team members to familiarize yourself with workflows and procedures.

Ensure all customer interactions align with company standards of professionalism and care.

Assist in onboarding and training processes for new team members as needed.

Requirements

Proven experience in customer service or a related field.

Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft 365 Enterprise applications.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Exceptional organizational and data entry abilities.

Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism.

Willingness to work on-site in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.

Adept at learning and adapting to new technologies and systems.

Availability to work flexible hours as required.
