Description We are looking for a Tier III Help Desk Technician with advanced troubleshooting skills to handle escalations and complex IT support issues. This role serves as a senior support resource and will work closely with system and network teams to resolve high-level incidents. Responsibilities: Resolve advanced technical issues involving networks, servers, and enterprise systems Serve as an escalation point for Tier I and II technicians Document solutions and create knowledge base articles Assist with IT projects and deployments Mentor entry level help desk staff Requirements 4+ years of IT support experience Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, Exchange, and Office 365 Experience supporting virtual environments (VMware, Hyper-V) Familiarity with scripting (PowerShell a plus) IT certifications such as CompTIA Security+, Microsoft MCSA, or equivalent Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
