Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in El Segundo, California. In this long-term contract position, you will play a vital role in supporting daily operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of administrative tasks. Responsibilities:

Perform general administrative tasks such as sorting, scanning, and filing documents.

Manage requests from management and provide timely support as needed.

Handle data entry tasks, including updating and maintaining Excel spreadsheets.

Answer inbound calls and provide thorough assistance to callers.

Ensure reception duties are carried out efficiently, including greeting visitors and managing correspondence.

Lift and organize boxes weighing up to 20 pounds as part of office operations.

Maintain accurate records and perform routine checks to ensure data integrity.

Collaborate with team members to streamline workflows and improve office processes.

Assist in coordinating schedules and appointments to ensure seamless operations.

Support other administrative functions as required to meet organizational needs. Requirements - Proven experience in administrative assistance or a related role.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other basic office software.

Ability to handle physical tasks, including lifting boxes up to 20 pounds.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to work 100% onsite in El Segundo, California.

Comfortable managing multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively.
