Impact:
4 Coater Leadperson is primarily responsible for directing and supporting the #4 Coater team in the operation of the coater in the efficient production of quality products. They ensure products and processes conform to SOPs, that material and equipment are used in a safe and efficient manner, and coordinates activities between shifts and with other departments.
Employees are required to work overtime as scheduled. This includes before/after shift or weekend shift.
Each year, based on individual/business performance, employees have the potential to receive annual bonus in March and merit increase in April.

Certain states require pay information be provided in job postings. The local pay range for this position is $22.28 per hour, plus shift differential of $1.00/hr . This hourly pay rate offered can vary depending on location/geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
In addition to the hourly base pay rate, this position is eligible for an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount can be up to 10% of hourly rate based on company and individual performance measures.
The total annual target cash range (Hourly Pay Rate, Bonus and Shift Differential, annualized ( 40 hrs/week * 52wks) for this position, is $53,200.00.
