Job Description Summary
The Director, IT Strategy, Operations, & Performance Management manages the digital business strategy and outsourced partner relationships while overseeing the strategy and operations of the enterprise Information Technology function.
The Director leads the definition of the global IT Digital Strategy & Roadmap and serves as a catalyst for Digital Transformation focused on driving business efficiencies by utilizing new and emerging technologies. Establishes and delivers a process and metrics to articulate IT's overall value proposition to the enterprise.
This position owns the Governance, Metrics, and Continuous Improvement monitoring for all outsourcing relationships including the Managed Services Application Support and Development provider and the Service Desk. Responsibility includes tracking, measuring, reporting and evaluating external partner performance. Will co-chair steering committee with outsourced partner to ensure the IT outsourcing agreement is being completely, and efficiently, leveraged.
The Director will execute transversal activities across the IT teams and provide direction and counsel to the CIO and the IT leadership team in the development of strategies, plans and programs, which enable the overall mission of Endo IT in supporting business objectives. Creates a platform that enables the team to design, develop and coordinate an IT metrics program to capture and analyze data, and provide meaningful, relevant, business-focused management reporting and IT performance information to support strategic and tactical decision-making. Establishes and institutionalizes standardized governance, standardized portfolio and demand management processes as well as policies and standards that reflect IT's strategic objectives and goals. Ensures that governance mechanisms are in place to monitor the effectiveness and performance of functions and outcomes. In addition, this position coordinates function-wide benchmarking efforts and acts as a conduit for IT to external best practices, templates and trends. Represents IT with other entities and organizations and participates/leads key enterprise initiatives and projects for IT as needed.
This position is responsible for directing IT Performance Management and Operations which includes capacity and demand management planning of intake and IT portfolio planning. Directs and monitors reporting staff that will be responsible for fulfilling the objectives set by the IT Leadership. Additionally, will perform as a functional bridge amongst external partners and internal stakeholders.

Job Description
Oversee strategy & operations of our IT Organization
Lead digital business strategy while overseeing the strategy and operations of the enterprise Information Technology function
Lead activities associated with long and short-range planning in support of the transversal IT planning and fiscal budgeting processes
Lead overall IT updates to IT Strategy, IT goals, in partnership with the CIO
Provides subject matter expertise to IT for business operations activities, including budget management, program mgmt., procurement & vendor management
Partner with IT and business leadership and other key stakeholders to drive governance, including project approval and prioritization processes as well as transparency of metrics for ongoing operations & programs
Oversee risk assessment and management for the project portfolio
Suggest and participate in cost improvement initiatives as it relates to the use of IT solutions
Build and manage strategic relationships with clients, other supporting IT organizations and vendors
Establish oversight and build a framework for ITLT to manage the strategic relationship with the IT outsource partner(s). This framework includes templates for governance, performance management, oversight of SLAs and cost savings trackers.
Understand the Endo business priorities, proactively suggesting ways in which technology can maximize the value. Drive business efficiencies by utilizing new and emerging technologies.
Lead and maintain IT roadmaps aligned with Endo's strategic plans and business priorities.
Chair the GenAI Governance Council to ensure alignment with Endo's digital strategy goals while safeguarding Endo's data
Understand Industry & Technology trends, provide insights for business & IT stakeholders, and cross-functional consultation and participation as needed.
Provides thought leadership and influences working across IT functions to ensure optimal design and end-user experience.
Leads the execution of the IT employee engagement plan.
Leads the execution of the digital mindset strategy including Gen AI.
Develops and maintains the extended IT Leadership network.
Drive engagement within and across the IT Leadership Team.
Oversee IT Performance Management and Operations and manage support staff
Lead key IT Enterprise Programs as required
Stay current with emerging technologies and update roadmaps as needed.
Manage the creation and maintenance of programmatic and technical documentation to ensure efficient planning and execution.
Establish capacity and demand management planning processes for the IT enterprise
Establish performance metrics that will show the value of IT to the enterprise
Manage the definition and documentation of IT business processes and ensure they are understood, followed and optimized across the IT organization.
Establish an IT wide framework to produce, analyze and act upon specialized management information metrics and tools.
Drive IT business analysis, project / team coordination and follow up actions; represent CIO in key forums, as required.
Bachelor's degree in a discipline related to functional work or demonstrated ability to meet the job requirements through a comparable number of years of applicable work experience (10+ years)
PMP/PMI or equivalent certification preferred.
Experience as an IT Business Partner is desired
Ability to build relationships and manage key partners.
Ability to develop and use collaborative relationships to facilitate the accomplishment of business/client goals.
Ability to effectively strategize and produce optimal business results.
10+ years senior Information Technology leadership and management experience, including program management experience across multiple IT functions
Extensive knowledge and expertise in project and portfolio management methodologies and tools
Proficiency in a body of information required for the job
e.g. knowledge of FDA regulations, GMP/GLP/GCP, Lean Manufacturing, Six-Sigma, etc.
Project management and solution delivery
