Your Opportunity:
We're looking for a Revit Operations Lead who brings strategic insight, technical expertise, and a systems mindset to how we design and deliver buildings. As part of the Buildings sector at Stantec, this role leads the integration of Revit standards, tools, and workflows with how our teams operate day-to-day. You'll drive consistency, reduce rework, and help shape a digital infrastructure that supports better decisions, higher quality, and scalable delivery.
This position plays a critical leadership role in advancing our mission to be the world's leading integrated design practice. You'll collaborate with studio, regional, and digital practice leaders to ensure our digital production systems support the creative, technical, and business outcomes of our work.
In close partnership with the Kaizen Initiative, the Revit Operations Lead will play a pivotal role in streamlining and elevating production processes by actively participating in the identification of barriers and bottlenecks within digital workflows. By leveraging their systems mindset and technical expertise, this leader will collaborate with the Kaizen team to surface operational risks, co-develop strategic countermeasures, and continually refine standards and procedures. This dynamic interface ensures that lessons learned, and process improvements are directly translated into Revit standards and digital practices, continuously optimizing project delivery and supporting the achievement of well-defined KPIs across the Buildings sector.
