Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting for Outdoor Machine/Equipment Operator opportunities in Moraine, OH. Responsibilities for an Outdoor Machine/Equipment Operator include but are not limited to:

Operate assigned machinery and/or equipment, or load/unload materials safely and productively according to operational standards and supervisor instructions.

Operate production units and/or material handling equipment as assigned.

Follow all applicable safety policies, including proper use of PPE, ensuring machine guards and safety features are functioning, and promoting safe work practices.

Perform visual inspections of products to ensure quality.

Maintain housekeeping and general maintenance of the work area.

Adhere to work location rules and perform tasks as directed by the supervisor.

Candidates for Outdoor Machine/Equipment Operator must meet the following requirements to be considered:

Ability to lift 50 lbs consistently.

High school diploma or GED preferred.

Entry-level - no prior manufacturing experience required.

Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Must pass pre-placement background check.

Ability to stand continuously and perform frequent bending, stooping, pushing, pulling, twisting, reaching, and grasping.

Steel-toed boots required.

Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Pay: $16.00/hour

Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Pay Details: $16.00 per hour
