The Intelligence Analyst, assigned to J&J's Global Supply Chain Security, analyzes and interprets large amounts of complex data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and potential threats in the global supply chain. The main objective of an intelligence analyst is to provide actionable intelligence that J&J and its decision-makers can use when making decisions concerning product movement in all regions of the globe. The focus of this work is on protecting patient safety and securing the supply chain against illicit actions, product theft, missing lor lost shipments, terrorism, and unauthorized activities that threaten product integrity including compromises of supply chain information and supply chain disruptions.
Key Responsibilities:
Represent J&J's Credo values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
Collect, review, and analyze unrefined information from various sources, including open source and propriety data, to produce intelligence assessments and products that inform organizational decision-making. Conduct extensive research to identify trends, patterns, potential threats, labor activities and mode of transport information that may affect supply movements or routes.
Use analytical tools and strategic analytic techniques to interpret and evaluate intelligence information.
Communicate analytical findings through written reports, oral briefings, and presentations to decision-makers.
Collaborate with other teams to gather and share information.
Maintain strict confidentiality to protect sensitive information and sources.

Qualifications
Education:
A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree political science, international relations, criminal justice, or security studies
Experience and Skills:
Required:
A minimum of 4 years of professional security experience
A proven track record of producing high-quality products/assessments and demonstrated proficiency in tradecraft standards is required.
Relevant work experience in the intelligence community, DoD intelligence, or law enforcement intelligence would be beneficial.

Technical proficiency includes familiarity with data collection, analysis, and visualization software and tools.
Strong ethical foundation. Must be able to work with confidential information and maintain standards of integrity and professionalism. Maintain the ability to be apolitical and unbiased.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$91,000-$147,200
