Description

We are looking for a friendly and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team in Ashland, Virginia. This Contract-to-Permanent position requires excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to provide outstanding service to clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting various departments and ensuring smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage appointment schedules, ensuring efficient time management.

Welcome visitors warmly and assist them with inquiries or needs.

Offer administrative support to office staff, sales teams, and production/installation departments.

Perform general office duties, including computer usage, with proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Adobe for scanning is preferred.

Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a positive and goal-oriented attitude.

Demonstrate reliability and punctuality while adhering to a strong work ethic.

Communicate effectively through clear verbal and written interactions.

Maintain personal organization to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or administrative role.

Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls with a focus on client satisfaction.

Experience with call center operations and order entry processes.

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office; familiarity with Adobe tools and at least one CRM is a plus.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to remain punctual, reliable, and organized in a fast-paced environment.
