Robert Half is looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join a team in Georgetown, Kentucky. Responsibilities:

Accurately process and manage customer orders from entry to fulfillment, ensuring all details are verified, including shipping, billing, and pricing information.

Maintain and update customer records with critical information such as pricing, new items, address changes, and delivery instructions.

Serve as a communication link between customers and internal teams, addressing inquiries and providing timely updates.

Audit customer purchase orders to confirm accuracy in pricing, quantities, terms of sale, and shipping details.

Address and resolve customer complaints, documenting issues and following up to ensure satisfaction.

Process product returns promptly and in line with company policies and procedures.

Collaborate with sales staff to provide necessary support and information while they are in the field.

Operate as a team player, assisting other Customer Service Representatives with data entry and order intake as needed.

Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and safety standards while delivering service to customers.

Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and other collaboration tools to effectively manage tasks and communication.

Requirements - At least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Previous experience in chemical distribution or manufacturing is an advantage.

Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently while making informed decisions.

Excellent interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with others.

Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while managing multiple priorities.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clarity and professionalism.

Willingness to work overtime, be on-call, or handle after-hours responsibilities as needed.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with team collaboration tools. TalentMatch®
