We are excited to bring on a Sr. Business Analyst, Finance Data Integration to join the Retail IQ Value Stream, within the Retail Business Technology Solutions group. In this role, you will be the hands-on Finance Data Specialist responsible for supporting integrations and improving processes that extract data needed for financial modeling from Lincoln's primary data repositories and delivering it to our corporate downstream partners. You'll work in close partnership with product management and product owners to understand finance customer and business needs and then translate those needs within an agile framework to implement solutions and drive outcomes that contribute to the success of our portfolio.

Serves as a Business Analyst(s)/Business System Analyst(s), coordinating and supporting the enhancements to Finance outbound processes that help drive adoption of RetailIQ.
Functions as a diligent data steward with a focus on data quality and accuracy, as well as metadata tools that support data literacy for our customers.
Provides direction and data subject matter expertise to collaborate effectively with appropriate stakeholders on complex issues and conflicts that impact time, cost, scope, quality and risk of Finance outbound integrations.
Writes up stories/requirements for Agile POD/Build Team(s) enhancement work. Works collaboratively with other team members to manage dependencies across teams.
Performs business analysis and QA support. Submits User Acceptance Criteria and completes User Acceptance Testing.
Proactively identify and recommend process improvements that significantly reduce workloads and/or maintains/improves quality.

5 - 7+ Years of experience in business systems analysis that directly aligns with the specific responsibilities for this position (Required).
Confident, comfortable communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated strong relationship management skills with internal clients (e.g. senior management, peers and colleagues); proven ability to develop creative and collaborative approaches.
Demonstrates strong leadership skills including, critical ability to coordinate and balance multiple initiatives in a time-sensitive environment, under pressure, and meeting deadlines.
Nice-to-haves:
Experience operating with agile framework.
Experience with JIRA or similar workflow management tools.
Experience with SQL, Python, Dataiku or other data querying tools.

The pay range for this position is $93,300 - $169,700 with anticipated pay for new hires between the minimum and midpoint of the range and could vary above and below the listed range as permitted by applicable law. Pay is based on non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, education, location, licensure requirements, proficiency and qualifications required for the role. The base pay is just one component of Lincoln's total rewards package for employees. In addition, the role may be eligible for the Annual Incentive Program, which is discretionary and based on the performance of the company, business unit and individual. Other rewards may include long-term incentives, sales incentives and Lincoln's standard benefits package.
