ORGANIZATION

Manufacturer seeks administrative support for the Butler plant location. The plant has around 80 employees. We are looking for someone with strong administrative and communication skills that can be trained in the responsibilities.

POSITION

Responsibilities include:

Track open jobs and coordinate the interview and hiring process with supervisors and applicants. Work and communicate with employment agencies through the onboarding process.

Gather, check and submit time sheets to agencies.

Maintain employee benefits spreadsheet with benefit elections, claims information and invoices received.

Onboard employees through company portal.

Enter employee benefits elections in the company portal.

Assist employees with questions regarding benefits. Communicate with the third-party benefits provider when necessary.

Communicate with the on-site Operations and Plant Managers, and the off-site HR Manager.

Full-time position, with all daylight hours. The work schedule is either Four 10-hour days Monday-Thursday OR Five 8-hour days Monday- Friday.

Pay range $20.00-25.00 an hour, depending on skills and experience. Employee benefits are offered. This is an on-site position in Butler, PA.

REQUIREMENTS

Administrative experience

Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate information between people

Needs to be tech savvy with the ability to learn new systems and navigate a variety of online portals

Good data entry, Microsoft Word and Excel skills

Organized and detail oriented

Must be able to pass a pre-employment criminal background check and drug screen
