Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team on a contract basis in Monroe, Ohio. This position will involve supporting various administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth handling of office operations. The role is ideal for someone who thrives in an organized environment and enjoys contributing to team efficiency.

Responsibilities:

Organize, scan, and manage documents to ensure accurate record-keeping.

Assemble binders and informational packets for internal and external use.

Perform data entry tasks to maintain up-to-date and accurate databases.

Handle receptionist duties, including answering inbound calls and greeting visitors.

Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.

Assist in creating and organizing materials for meetings and presentations.

Maintain a clean and efficient work area by managing office supplies and equipment. Requirements - Proven experience in administrative assistance or a similar role.

Strong ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.

Proficiency in handling data entry with high accuracy.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Familiarity with office equipment and basic computer software.

Attention to detail and organizational skills.
