Account Service Coordinator

We are seeking account service specialist to join a well reputable financial institution in Golden Valley.

Job Duties:

Process annuity applications

Answer questions about tasks

Complete investigative financial work

Working through control reports

Escalate issues to the contact center when necessary

Follow tax procedures

Working with onshore and off shore partners

We are looking for people that are detail orientated, working with multiple systems. Excel, MS Office, Salesforce (CRM), capable of learning a system/database quickly! Professional written communication, is strongly desired. Flexible in a fast paced environment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

HS Diploma and 3+ years of professional support experience

Working Experience with EXCEL REQUIRED

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
