Title: Marketing Event Manager

Office Location: Wakefield, MA

Type: Hybrid - In-office 2-3 days per week

Travel: Events in Boston & NYC occasionally

Duration: 4-month Contract through end of 2025

Schedule: First Shift

Pay Rate: Up to $50 per hour based on Events experience

Top Required Skills

1) 6+ years of experience in event management and execution both on physical and digital small to medium size events.

2) Background in working B2B. Events will target Telecom businesses directly not consumers.

3) Keen attention to detail in managing pre-planning for events as well as ROI tracking post event

4) Familiarity with the following tools:

Goldcast for Virtual streaming

Hoppier for electronic gift cards

Event Leaf for invite marketing

Day to Day requirements in the role:

Day to day includes handling logistics for industry events, small-medium office lobby events targeting customers in NYC and Boston, logistics for webinars and post event reporting.

Located in Boston and able to go in office in Wakefield 2-3 times a week

Possible travel to NYC or downtown Boston

6+ years of experience in Event Management

Background in managing both physical events including lobby events with partners, industry event logistics, webinars, bespoke events like roundtables with customers and prospects

Managing event budgets

Maintenance of RSVP lists of registrants for both internal and external events

Identification and follow up on raffle giveaways

Tracking ROI post event

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00/hr.
