We are hiring immediately for a FULL TIME HOURLY ADMINISTRATIVE ASST (HOULRY) (MARKETING) position.

Schedule:Typically Monday through Friday; As needed during weekends/evenings for events.

Requirement: Minimum one-year prior experience in marketing or social media management background.

Pay Range: $19.00 per hour to $22.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Summary: Responsible for clerical functions and administrative support of food service programs. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Answer telephones and direct inquiries in a professional and client centric manner

Work effectively and maintain good working relationships with co-workers, school personnel, administrators, student's parents and Supervisor.

Attend in-service and/or safety meetings as required.

Maintain clean and safe work environment; ability to perform job safely.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Assist with planning, organizing and hosting events.

Assist in social media calendar development and promotions.

Create & manage marketing materials & signage in multiple locations.

Assist with the creation of concepts, campaigns, and imagery to effectively communicate messages to the target market.

Because this position requires you to perform services in an educational facility, there may be periods when the Company does not require you to perform work (such as winter and summer breaks when food service needs decline or cease). However, depending on business needs, you may be required to work year-round, potentially at a different location during break periods. Business needs may vary from year to year.
