Key Responsibilities:
Greet, register, and assign rooms to guests promptly and courteously
Handle check-in and check-out processes, including verifying guest information, processing payments, and issuing room keys
Answer inquiries regarding hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
Manage reservations, cancellations, and no-shows in the hotels booking system
Respond to guest complaints and requests in a timely and professional manner
Maintain the front desk area in a neat and organized condition
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments as needed
Ensure all guest information is accurate and handled with confidentiality
Follow hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards
Perform additional administrative or support tasks as assigned by management
