The Opportunity:
CACI is looking for an Enterprise Operations Specialist Team Lead to support the Department of the Air Force (DAF) Enterprise IT as a Service (EITaaS) program. The candidate will be responsible overseeing a team for the management and advanced troubleshooting of endpoints and user issues in the environment.
On the EITaaS program, CACI will deliver enhanced capabilities and services to implement and operate an enterprise ITSM solution, enterprise service desk, endpoint management and security solution, as well as CONUS/OCONUS field support and life cycle support for end user devices to enable the DAF to transition focus from IT operations to mission operations.
Responsibilities:
As a hands on leader you will be responsible for building and managing a high performance team of administrators that serve as the first point of escalation from field services across the globe for all issues related to the approved Windows image or managed applications. You will ensure that the team has what they need to properly respond to incidents, work with other teams/engineers as required, and escalate any issues to senior management and other stakeholders as necessary.
Responsibilities Include:
Oversee a team of systems administrators
Mentor team members to grow skillsets
Ensure the team is focused and delivering on customer priorities in support of the mission
Proactively communicate with senior leadership on progress, issues/risks encountered, etc.
The overall team is responsible for:
Deploy applications and application updates based on defined criteria
Remediate issues related to failed patches or applications and conflicts related to patching.?
High level troubleshooting of common applications and their interactions with the underlying operating systems.?
Configure, manage, and remediate issues related to Active Directory/group Policy.?
Analyze day-to-day operations and write scripts to improve daily tasks. ?
Providing O&M support for supported servers, workstations, and mobile devices
Troubleshoot reported issues/incidents from end users and field support
Engage with engineering teams as necessary to field solutions
Track all relevant SLA/SLRs and provide reports as required
Collaborate with DAF enterprise and program security teams to ensure requirements are met
Communicate effectively and collaboratively with customers, stakeholders, and peers
Qualifications:
Required:
An active DoD secret clearance / Ability to obtain Secret Security Clearance
8+ Years of relevant experience (Bachelor's Degree in applicable field may be substituted for 5 years of experience).
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or related field
Experience in testing, deploying, and troubleshooting the installation of Microsoft and third-party software updates
Working knowledge of planning, configuring, deploying, and implementing automated software and firmware patching, such as WSUS, SCCM, YUM, SolarWinds, etc. for heterogeneous operating systems environments (e.g., Microsoft Windows and Linux)
Experience with managing Windows Servers and Workstations (mobile devices a plus)
Experience working in a DoD environment
Familiarity with STIG requirements
Familiarity with ITILv4
Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies
Strong skills with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Project, Visio) and SharePoint
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Desired:
Experience with ServiceNow

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$67,800 - $142,200
