A Few of the Responsibilities Include:

Project Managing our Customer's sales orders and order details

Processing estimates

Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about products, pricing, and availability

Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments

Communicating and coordinating with our Engineering, Manufacturing and Sales Teams

Your Experience and Skills:

Previous experience in sales or working with custom kitchen designers, architects and/or interior designers is a plus

Demonstrated skill as Customer Advocate

Innovative Problem-Solving Skills

High Percentage of Achievement to Targets

Ear-to-Ear Telephone Interactions and Follow Up

Ability to Manage Multiple Priorities

Excellent Communication Skills (verbal and written in the English Language)

Strict Attention to Details

Ability to work effectively within teams

Highly Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Excel, Word) and willing to learn additional information systems and/or software e.g. NetSuite.

Skilled in E-mail communication, particularly Outlook

Previous experience reading drawings/diagrams a large plus

Previous experience with QuickBooks also a large plus
