Join our mission-driven company in sustainable hospitality! We are a 30-year-old supplier of environmental products for the hospitality industry, seeking a motivated professional who loves connecting with people across the USA, solving problems, and driving results. This temp-to-hire, hybrid role offers $18-$20 per hour (DOE) plus quarterly performance-based bonuses ranging from $1,000 to $5,000. You'll work Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM, with occasional travel 5-6 times per year. In this position, you'll combine top-tier customer service with sales, handling inbound inquiries, supporting order fulfillment, and proactively reaching out to prospects and existing customers to promote products, set appointments, and contribute to growth. Key responsibilities include conducting outbound calls, generating and qualifying leads, processing orders, maintaining organized customer records, supporting account setup and product education, and identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell. We're looking for candidates with 2+ years of inside sales or customer service experience, strong communication and persuasion skills, proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel, and a detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated approach. Requirements - At least 2 years of experience in customer service or inside sales roles.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive, customer-first approach.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.

Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.

Self-motivated and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Familiarity with handling both inbound and outbound calls in a detail-oriented environment.

Experience in order entry and maintaining accurate customer records.
