Adecco is hiring immediately for Office Clerks in Rutland, VT. While working in an Office Clerk role for Adecco, you will earn $21.00-$22.00/hour + other great benefits! As an Office Clerk, you will answer customer phone calls to provide information, take messages, or transfer calls to the appropriate individuals. You will provide customer service excellence in every interaction, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience for clients and visitors. Your responsibilities will also include greeting visitors, scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and handling filing and archiving tasks to maintain organized records.

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED

This position is entry-level, no experience necessary

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Working knowledge of professional office practices and procedures

Strong communication skills with a proven ability to deliver high-quality customer service

Outstanding telephone etiquette

Excellent organizational abilities

Confidentiality management

Shift:

Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:00pm

Pay Details: $21.00 to $22.00 per hour
