Office Assistant Construction

Our client, a leader is construction equipment, is seeking an Office Assistant to join their team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully with the organization's growth.

Job Title: Office Administrator

Location: Altamonte Springs, FL

Pay: $18 per hour

Schedule: Mon- Fri 8am to 5pm

Type: Temp to hire

What 's the Job?

Complete and manage quotes, purchase orders, and customer agreements, into organized customer file systems for multiple divisions.

Answer phone calls, route inquiries, and provide general administrative support to the team.

Assist with customer and vendor communications, providing updates or troubleshooting issues as needed.

Receive and check in materials and components, documenting accurate serial and lot numbers.

Assist with compiling and distributing project close-out documentation and creating installation tags for projects.

What's Needed?

HS/GED

3+ years of recent office support experience

Background in the construction industry or similar preferred

Experience with purchase orders, invoices, troubleshooting customer tickets, vendor communications and data entry

Highly proficient with desktop applications (i.e., Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and Adobe Pro).

Organized with attention to detail

Communicate well with internal and external customers
