We're looking for a driven sales leader to accelerate the growth of our Intelligent Paving solutions within the Western U.S. region. You'll be the strategic link between Topcon and large-scale paving companies -building relationships, delivering educational programs, and creating strategies that boost brand recognition, sales, and profitability.

What You'll Do:

Drive sales growth through our dealer channel, strategic accounts and new business development.

Build strong relationships with executives, dealers, and customers.

Host field days, conduct product demos, and lead educational events.

Develop strategic sales plans and long-term business growth strategies.

Analyze market trends and competitive activity to identify opportunities.

Provide weekly sales updates and accurate forecasts.

Travel: 50-70% within your assigned territory

What We're Looking For:

4+ years of sales or application experience in the paving/construction industry.

Strong knowledge of 3D machine control, GPS, or related technologies.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Self-starter mindset-able to work independently and drive results.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or equivalent experience.

Preferred:

Asphalt paving/road construction experience.

Experience selling 3D machine control systems.

Existing industry network.

Base Pay : Expected Base Pay Range: $90,000 to $130,000 Annualized

The base pay range included is a projected hiring range for a position, level and potential work location(s) listed. Topcon provides the compensation range that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. This compensation range is based on a full-time schedule.

For hourly ("non-exempt") employees, we offer personal paid time off which accrues in accordance with local standards. All paid time off policies are in accordance with or exceeding local law. Employees working at least 30 hours per week are eligible for our Health and Welfare benefit package.
