About Walmart Central Clinical Pharmacy:

Our team is dedicated to providing top-notch clinical support through a call-center pharmacy environment. We focus on leveraging data analytics and program management to optimize our operations and improve patient outcomes. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in driving our data-driven strategies and ensuring the success of our clinical initiatives.

What you'll do...

Analyze and maintain data, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Generate insights to support business strategies and reporting.

Collaborate with internal and external partners to develop data-driven solutions.

Provide expert advice on best practices and data application.

Support customer requests by extracting and consolidating relevant data.

What You'll Bring:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, or related field OR 2 years' experience in data analytics, project management, or business.

1-3 years of experience in data analytics and statistical programming languages.

Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with Power BI.

Background in process improvement and operations.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to a specific plan or program terms.

The annual salary range for this position is $64,000.00-$96,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:
