Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Tustin, California, on a contract basis. This role offers a hybrid work schedule, combining remote and in-office days, and provides a unique opportunity to support prospective residents within the real estate and property industry. Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to inquiries from potential residents, providing detailed information about properties.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including inquiries and resolutions.

Update customer accounts and ensure all data is current and organized.

Follow up with customers to address any additional questions or concerns.

Schedule appointments and coordinate communications between clients and property teams.

Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and efficiency.

Manage email correspondence and ensure timely responses to inquiries.

Collaborate with colleagues to identify and implement process improvements for customer service.

Utilize Microsoft Excel and other tools to organize and analyze customer data.

Support property management teams by addressing administrative tasks related to customer interactions. Requirements - High school diploma or equivalent.

At least 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or property management setting.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other Microsoft Office applications.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with diverse personality @types.

Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in handling customer data.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Demonstrated problem-solving skills and adaptability to new challenges.
