Customer Service Representative

Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team on a contract basis in Azusa, California. In this role, you will ensure customer satisfaction by managing inquiries, processing orders, and coordinating logistics. This position is ideal for someone with strong communication skills and experience in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to customer inquiries through phone and email, ensuring an attentive and courteous approach.

Process purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner, following established procedures.

Track and monitor shipments to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any logistics issues.

Handle inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer concerns and providing solutions.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and order details.

Utilize Sage MAS 90 software to manage order entries and updates efficiently.

Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve customer issues.

Provide updates to customers regarding the status of their orders and shipments.

Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team or manager when necessary.

Support the team with additional administrative tasks as needed. Requirements - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role.

Proficiency in handling inbound and outbound calls with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Experience with order entry processes and managing purchase orders.

Familiarity with Sage MAS 90 or similar software is highly desirable.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to track shipments and coordinate logistics effectively.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
